摘　　要：介绍了JC9.7/9.7 tex细密特宽防羽绒织物的整经、浆纱和织造工艺,该产品生产难度系数大,要选用高浓低黏浆料,适当提高后梁高度,以减少断纬。The warping, siting and weaving processing technologies of JC9.7/9.7 tex extra-wide and high densod downproofs fabric are introduced in this paper. The producing difficulty co-efficient of this product is high. High concentration and low viscosity size has to be used to reduce the breakage of the weft yarn in addition to raize properly the hight of the back beam of the loom.
