摘　　要：文章分析了高校图书馆传统服务模式的局限性,提出高校图书馆“藏、借、阅、咨”一体化新型读者服务模式的管理思想。This article has analysed limitation of tradition serving pattern in colleges and universities library, has put forward the new thought of colleges and universities library ＂hiding, borrowing, reading, consulting＂ integration reader service pattern.
