乳康胶囊的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:研究乳康胶囊制备工艺,优选最佳提取,纯化工艺条件。方法:以黄芪甲苷含量为考察指标,用正交试验考察了加水量、提取时间和提取次数对水提取工艺的影响;然后考察了醇沉浓度、药液浓度、放置时间3因素对醇沉效果的影响。结果:乳康胶囊最佳水提工艺条件为加12倍量的的水,提取2次,每次2 h;纯化工艺以醇沉浓度75%,药液浓度1∶1.5,放置时间24 h为佳。结论:获得优化提取工艺。Objective ： To study preparation Capsules. Methods： The amount of water, extracting Astragaloside, in water extracting process, and also and optimum conditions in the extraction and purifying of Rukang time and extracting times were optimized based on the contents of for the effects of alcohol concentration, decoction concentration and sedimentary time on removing residue. Results： The optimum condition of Rukang Capsules for water extraction were 12 times of water, 2 times and 2 h each times ; 75 % alcohol, 1 ： 1.5 decoction should be used for purifying process with in 24 h. Conclusion：The optimum condition was reasonable and practice for industrial production.
