摘 要:目的详细了解娄底市流行性腮腺炎的流行特征,为有效控制该病提供科学依据。方法数据库及网络监测系统收集个案资料,参照WHO标准对暴发疫情进行现场调查,Excel和SPSS进行数据分析。结果2002-2006年共报告流行性腮腺炎1981例,年均发病率9.77/10万,发病率呈明显上升趋势,年均增长80.29%,各县市区发病率差异显著(χ2=837.88,P<0.001)。发病高峰为4~7月,占全年发病数的63.91%,患者男女比例2.34:1,人群分布3~9岁儿童和学生占全部病例的75.16%,学生发病率为60.83/10万,显著高于幼托儿童和散居儿童(χ2=164.04,P<0.0001)。2005-2006年共报告因流行性腮腺炎暴发而构成的突发公共卫生事件5起,患病人数115人,波及人口2860人,罹患率4.02%。结论近年来娄底市流行性腮腺炎呈明显上升趋势,已成为影响儿童少年健康和正常教学秩序的公共卫生问题之一。Objectives To get a comprehensive understand of the epidemic features of mumps in Loudi City and to provide scientific basis and suggestions in mumps control. Methods Mumps cases were notified through the diseases surveillance web system and an offline database. Mumps outbreaks were investigated in accordance with WHO - recommended standards, and the database was analyzed by MS- Excel and SPSS software package. Results A total of 1,981 mumps cases were registed, accounting for an annual average incidence of 9.77/100,000 population, with an annual average increase of 80.29% during the recent 5 years, which showed significantly different among rural and urban districts (X^2 = 837.88, P〈 0. 0001). Peak incidence occurred from April to July, accounted for 63.91% of the annual registered cases. Male to female ratio was 2.34 : 1 while 75.16 % cases were in the 3- 9 year- old group. Annual average incidence for school children was 60.83/100,000 and significantly higher than those of the kindergarten and community children(x^2 = 164.04, P〈 0. 0001). Five major outbreaks were reported in 2005 and 2006, 115 cases were identified, and 2,860 people involved. Conclusions Incidence of mumps is significantly increased in Loudi City in the recent years, which has become one of the major public health problems that affecting children and the teaching activities in schools.
