摘　　要：目的了解二级以下医院医用X线辐射防护的应用及实施情况。方法对现用X线机和机房的基本情况按《医用诊断X线放射卫生防护监测规范》、《医用诊断X线防护卫生标准》进行监测。对工作人员进行无干预谈话调查,对放射科工作情况进行随机观察。用FJ—347Ax-γ巡测仪对机器,机房环境进行监测。结果在用X线机全部合格,机房及配套设施多数不合格。工作人员的防护意识有待加强。结论提高二级以下医院工作人员的防护意识是今后加强辐射防护工作的重点。Objective To understand the application of protective devices to X- ray radiation in below second- class hospitals. Methods The basic circumstances of X- ray machines and engine rooms were monitored according to “The Monitoring Standard of Medical X- ray Radiation Protection” and “The Hygienic Standard of Medical X- ray Protection”. Non - interfere conversation was carried out in the radiologists to investigate the working circurnstences of radiology department. The X- ray machine and the environment of engine room were monitored by cruise measure instrument FJ- 347Ax-γ, Resuits The monitored X- ray machines were all qualified, while the engine rooms and auxiliary facilities were mostly unquali- fied. The protection consciousness of the medical staffs presented some problems. Conclusion The protection consciousness in the staffs of below second- class hospitals should be strengthened.
