摘　　要：批评语言学从一开始就自视为一种工具语言学,它着重分析人们生成的符号(如词,短语,句子等)和他们交流的意义之间的关系。分析的目的是揭示语篇中含而不露的意识形态意义,并解释其存在的社会条件和在权力斗争的作用。本文通过批评语言学这一工具语言学来分析一新闻语篇,力图揭示其背后的意识形态意义。critical linguistics from its very beginning is regarded as ＂instrumental linguistics＂. It mainly analyzes the relationship between the symbols （words, phrases, sentences） and the significance they communicate. The purpose of the analysis is to reveal the hidden ideological meaning, and to explain its social conditions in existence and its role in power struggle. This paper uses ＂critical discourse＂ as ＂instrumental linguistics＂ to analyze news discourse, and tries to explain its ideological meaning.
