摘　　要：针对全息图拍摄中的防震需求,设计了精密微力测量系统,采用压力传感器实时监测玻璃干板与被摄物的相对稳定状态,利用组态软件KingView监控和采集压力传感器数据连接PCL、板卡等外部设备,实现了激光全息拍摄中精密测量的实时监测.Aiming at the need for vibration isolation in laser photography, an accurate measuring system is designed. The relative position between the glass plate and the object is monitored in real time using pressure transducer, and the accurate measurement of laser hologram is realized, by using KingView soft measuring and collecting the data.
