摘  要:目的探讨青少年下颌后缩型安氏Ⅱ1类错者髁突运动轨迹的特征及其与正常者的差异。方法选取青少年下颌后缩型安氏Ⅱ1类错和正常各25例,应用髁突运动轨迹描记仪(computer aided diagnosis axiograph,CADI-AX)记录各种下颌运动时其髁突的运动轨迹。结果实验组双侧髁突开闭口轨迹运动幅度减小、位移量小于正常者(P<0.05);前伸后退轨迹前伸幅度增加,位移量大于正常者(P<0.05);侧方运动时,非工作侧髁突在矢状面上的轨迹较前伸轨迹向前下方倾斜度增加。髁突位移5mm时矢状面倾斜度在各种下颌运动时均大于正常者(P<0.05)。结论实验组髁突运动轨迹与正常相比有显著差异,可能与其髁突位置、前牙覆覆盖有关。Objective To discuss the characteristic of condylar movement of adolescent Angle Ⅱ1 malocclusion with mandibular retrusion. Methods subjects in each group). Condylar movement Diagnosis Axiograph (CADIAX). Results The sample included normal group and experimental group (25 was recorded during mandibular movement with Computer Aided During open/close movement, the distance of condylar movement was smaller than that of the normal subjects. During protrusion/retrusion movement, protruded extension increased. During lateral excursion, the sagittal inclination of the non-working side condylar movement trace was larger than the protrusion movement trace. When the distance of condylar movement was 5 mm, the sagittal condylar inclination was bigger than that of the normal subjects. Conclusiorl Condylar movement trace of experimental group is significantly different from that of the normal group, maybe correlating to condylar position, overbite and overjet.
