赤点石斑鱼♂与斜带石斑鱼♀杂交的初步研究

摘　　要：叙述了4批赤点石斑鱼♂与斜带石斑鱼♀杂交的初步结果。用人工授精的方法可以取得杂交受精卵,受精卵的受精率、孵化率和仔鱼的畸形率与雌鱼的卵质有关;杂交组与对照组的斜带石斑鱼相比,受精率、孵化率和畸形率无显著差异,但发育速度较快;杂交组仔鱼与对照组仔鱼在孵化后11 d内的生长速度差异不显著,但12 d后杂交组仔鱼增长显著;杂交组仔鱼的不投饵活力系数SAI和育苗成活率较对照组显著高,初步表现出杂交的优势。Four batches hybridization between Epinephelus akaara ♂ and Epinephelus coioides ♀were conducted and compared to their maternal species. Rate of fertilized eggs, rate of hatched eggs and rate of abnormal larvae were affected by egg quality of mother fish. Rate of fertilized eggs, rate of hatched eggs and rate of abnormal larvae of hybrid were not significantly different compared to their mother＇s, but embryo of hybrid had faster developmental speed. Rate of larvae growth between hybrid and mother fish were not significantly different from newly hatched to day 11th after hatched, but from day 12th, hybrid showed a significantly faster rate of growth. The survival activity index （SAI） of hybrid were significantly higher than that of maternal fish, it implied that hybrid had better adaptability to environment.
