摘 要:采用含磷反应型阻燃剂、对苯二甲酸和乙二醇共聚,纺丝得到共聚酯纤维,研究了共聚酯纤维的阻燃性能和热降解行为。结果表明,共聚酯纤维含磷质量分数为0.36%,极限氧指数达31.5%,燃烧时无熔滴、烟雾产生。共聚酯起始热分解温度达391℃,热降解温度390~470℃,氮气气氛下的热分解表观活化能为170~200 kJ/mol(分解度为0.15~0.80),且随分解度的增加而增加,其热降解机理比较复杂。A phosphorus-containing copolyester fiber was synthesized from terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and a phosphoruscontaining reactive flame retardant via polymerization. The flame retardant and thermal degradation behavior of this phosporuscontaining copolyester fiber was studied. The results showed that when the phosphorus content of the copolyester fiber was 0.36% by mass fraction, the limiting oxygen index was 31.5%. No dripping and fume were observed while burning. The thermal decomposition of the copolyester fiber was initiated at 391℃. The thermal degradation temperature was in the range of 390 -470℃. The thermal decomposition apparent activation energy was 170 -200 kJ/mol at 0.15 -0.80 decomposition degree under nitrogen atmosphere and was increased with the decomposition degree. The thermal degradation mechanism of the phosphorus-containing copolyester fiber was complex.
