摘  要:采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定功能纤维中微量钛,探讨了其操作条件,并建立了分析方法。结果表明:采用干法消化处理试样,在狭缝宽0.2 nm,检测波长364.3 nm,关闭氘灯状态下,采用干燥阶段120℃、50 s,灰化阶段550℃、15 s,1 200℃、15 s,原子化阶段2 550℃、4 s,清除阶段2 700℃、6 s的阶梯升温程序测定功能纤维中的微量钛,其检出极限100~2 000μg/L,回收率97%,相对标准偏差0.67%。A method of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was applied to determine the trace titanium in functional fiber. The operation conditions were discussed. The analysis method was established. The results showed that the samples were treated by dry digestion; and the detection limitation can be 100 -2 000 μg/L, the recovery ratio 97% and relative standard deviation 0.67% by selecting slit wideness 0.2 nm and wavelength 364.3 nm, turning off deuterium light and introducing a temperature programmed mode of drying for 50 s at 120℃, incinerating for 15 s at 550℃ or 15 s at 1 200℃, atomizing for 4 s at 2 550℃ and cleaning for 6 s at 2 700℃.
