试论绿色包装

摘　　要：20世纪90年代起,世界许多国家通过实施法律、法规和准则,严格执行4RID绿色包装原则,并不断开发出多种符合绿色环保要求的绿色包装材料运用在国际贸易中,我国是世界包装大国,而在绿色包装方面则起步缓慢。2005年4月,国家实施《固体废物污染环境防治法》,势必将对包装:工业掀起“绿色浪潮”起到强人的推动作用。努力开创包装工业的新局面,早日建立起与国际接轨的绿色包装工业体系,迎接国际贸易市场的挑战．From the 1990s, many countries in the world strictly follow the 4RID greenpacking principle and develop many kinds of green packing materials conforming tothe environmental requirements for application to the international trade. China is a big packing country in the world, but get off to a slow start in the respect of the green pack. In April, 2005, Prevention Law on Solid Waste is carried out throughout the country, which undoubtedly gives a great impetus to the ＂Green Tide＂ created by the packing industry. We should create a new prospect of packing industry, build a green packing industry system in line with the international standard and meet the challenge of the international trade market.
