摘　　要：目的探讨护理安全质量评价指标体系在临床中的应用。方法综合运用文献分析,Delphi法、优序图法及层次分析法确定临床护理安全评价指标体系的层次结构、指标数量及指标构成,通过对评价指标体系的运行,对其进行验证。结果通过检验证明7个一级指标和33个二级指标的评价体系,利用此评价指标体系所评价的结果是有效的。结论明确应用临床护理安全评价指标体系能产生高质量的护理效果,提升护理管理水平,从而提高病人的满意度。Objective To investigate the application of nursing safety quantity evaluation index system in clinic. Methods To certain the level of structure construction, index sign quantity and constitution of clinical nursing safety evaluation index system by document analysis, Delphi method, excellent diagram method and level structures analysis method, then examined it by using the evaluation index system. Results An evaluation system that consisted of 7 per class indexes and 33 second class indexes were established, the results of the examination on the system showed that the system was reliable. Conclusion To dear the clinical nursing safe quantity evaluation index system can promote the nursing quantity and nursing management , increase the patient approval.
