摘  要:塔里木盆地DN构造上第三系到白垩系砂岩地层存在异常高压、压力系数高达2.2,钻井液液柱压力接近上覆地层压力而形成诱导缝,并促使宏观和微观的天然裂缝纵横向延伸,井漏分布区间明显拓宽,钻井液密度高、窗口窄造成井漏频繁、严重。为了更有效地实施堵漏作业,必须明确漏失井段的位置、深度和漏失性质。为此,根据该区钻井液漏失现象在测井曲线上的显示特征,提出了通过常规测井资料和成像测井资料寻找漏失层段和分析漏失性质的综合评价方法。将该方法用于分析塔里木盆地DN构造上的多口井的井漏机理,所确定的漏层位置可靠准确,取得明显效果,为钻井堵漏作业提供了直观可靠的依据。建议在利用测井资料确定漏层位置时,需参考测井计算的岩石力学、地应力和地层压力等参数,以便更好地确定漏层位置。From the Tertiary system to the Cretaceous sands at Dina structure in the Tarim Basin, high formation pressures exist, with pressure coefficient up to 2.2, and the hydrostatic pressure of drilling fluid column is close to the pressure of overburden formations, which induces fractures and extends the natural macro-and micro-fractures horizontally and vertically, which obviously increases the area of the thief zone. The high-density drilling fluid and narrow density window often result in frequent and serious lost circulation. In order to effectively implement plugging, the position, depth and property of the leak zone must be determined. According to the response characteristics of drilling fluid leakage on logging curve, an integrated evaluation procedure is put forward that can locate and characterize the leaky interval by using conventional logging data and imaging data. This method has been used to analyze the lost circulation occurred in many wells at Dina structure in the Tarim Basin, the thief zones can be accurately located, which has provided direct and reliable evidence for plugging operation. It is recommended that the rock mechanics, earth stresses and formation pressures as well as logging data should be taken as references for locating the thief zone in a better way.
