摘 要:针对当前湿天然气井口计量存在的技术难题,基于双槽形孔板的计量元件,研制了低成本双节流式孔板组合的流量计样机,研究了流体通过双槽型孔板时的流动特性以及各种气液比下双槽型孔板之间差压、压力、温度信号与气液分相流量之间的关系,建立了适用于双槽形孔板流量计系统的数学计量模型,并用此模型进行了室内计量实验、现场实验和国家计量中心的标定。测试结果表明,在实验范围内,气相流量的最大测量误差小于10%,液相流量的最大测量误差小于15%。该工业样机计量精度可以满足实际生产的需要。In view of the current problems existing in the multiphase flow meter, slotted orifice-couple flow meter was introduced and the basic principles for measurement were presented. A new wet gas flow meter is produced based on the slotted orifice-couples. The flow characteristic when the liquid flow through the slotted orifice-couple plate and the relationship of differential pressure, pressure, temperature signal, gas flow and liquid flow between the slotted orifice-couple plate at different aperture ratio were studied. The mathematical measurement model applicable to the slotted orifice-couple plate flow meter system was established. The model was applied in the indoor measurement experiment, on-site experiment and the calibration of China National Centers of Metrology. The results showed that the maximum measurement error of the gas phase flow was less than 10% and that of the liquid phase flow was less than 15%. The measurement accuracy of this industrial prototype can meet the needs for the practical production.
