摘 要:目的建立复方五仁醇胶囊含药血清指纹图谱,分辨该制剂给药后血中产生的共性的药源性成分,并对这些成分的来源作初步分析,为该制剂血清药化学研究奠定基础。方法大鼠分组灌胃给药制备10批含药血清,高效液相色谱法建立其指纹图谱,并与相同条件下测定的体外制剂和对照品的图谱比对,对其共有峰归属进行分析。结果标出10批含药血清色谱图除血清固有成分外的共有峰13个,其中8个为制剂原形成分,5个为代谢产物,鉴定出3个成分。结论本研究建立的方法准确、可靠,可用于复方五仁醇胶囊血清药化学研究。OBJECTIVE To establish the fingerprint of compound wurenchun capsules in rat serum for the analysis of common drug-induced constituents in blood and the preliminary analysis of the origin of these common constituents, thus lay the foundation for the study on the serum pharmacochemistry of this preparation. METHODS Ten batches of rat serum were prepared after oral administration and the fingerprint was established by HPLC. By comparing the fingerprint with the chromatograms of control compounds, the origin of the common peaks were distinguished. RESULTS Thirteen common peaks were signed with the exception of the control serum inherent ones, eight of them were the original compounds contained in the preparation and five were metabolites. Three metabolites were identified. CONCLUSION The established method is accurate, reliable and can be used for the study on the serum pharmacochemistry of compound wurenchun capsules.
