摘 要:设计了一种在有限液固界面上润湿性的表征体系,建立了在该系统中固相表面张力γsg和液固界面张力γsl的表达式。结果表明,固相表面张力γsg和液固界面张力γsl可以通过液相表面张力γlg和接触角θ求解,γsg=γlg是液相在固相表面完全润湿的临界条件。在此基础上,推导出液相在无限固相表面上液固界面张力γsl的表达式,表明γsl仅仅是液相表面张力γlg和接触角θ的函数;其数值范围为:0≤γsl≤γlg。因此,固相表面张力γsg和液固界面张力γsl均可以通过液相表面张力γlg与接触角θ直接求解。推导出液相在固相表面上粘附功Wa的表达式,该结果与Dupre方程一致。A kind of characterization system for wetting property on the limited liquid-solid interfaces is designed. In this system, the expression formula for the solid surface tension γlg is set up. The results showed that at that time, the solid surface tension γsg and liquid-solid interface tension γsl can be solved from the liquid surface tension γlg and the contact angle θ, which is the critical condition that the liquid phase is totally wetting on the solid surfaces. On this basis, the expression formula for the liquid-solid interface tension γsl of the liquid on the solid limitless surface is deduce, which indicates that γsl is only the function of the liquid surface tension γlg and the contact angle θ, their numerical range is: 0 ≤γsl 〈γlg; So the solid surface tension γsg and the liquid-solid interface tension γlg can be solved directly from the liquid surface tension γlg and the contact angle θ. The expression formula for adhesion work Ws of the liquid on the surface of the solid suface is deduced, of which the result keeps the same with Dupre's equation.
