408例住院患者抗菌药物应用情况及合理性分析

摘　　要：为了解解放军总医院三个科室抗菌药物的使用情况及合理性,随机抽取普外科、肝胆外科、骨科三个临床科室2006年10月408例住院患者的药疗医嘱,统计抗菌药物的应用例数、联合用药及使用品种。三个科室抗菌药物应用各有特点,肝胆外科联合用药较多。抗菌药物应用基本合理,但应加强抗菌药物联合应用的管理,以防止少数药物的滥用现象。To gain clear idea of service condition and rationality of use antibiotics at three clinical departments of our hospital, the medical records of 408 inpatients were randomly collected from the departments of general surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, orthopedics in October, 2006. The fo application, the drug combination and the breed of antibiotics. It is llowing items were analyzed： the examples of resulted that the three departments have their own characteristics in application of antibiotics and the drug combination of the hepatobiliary surgery is the most in the three departments. The application of antibiotics is rational. In order to prevent a handful of drugs being abused, the management of combined application of antibiotics is enhanced.
