改性聚苯醚熔体的流变性能分析

摘　　要：采用Instron-3211型毛细管流变仪对两种牌号的改性聚苯醚材料进行了流变性能测试;以幂率方程为基础,根据测试数据,拟合了熔体黏度与温度、剪切速率之间的定量经验关系式。将这个关系初步用于所述两种改性聚苯醚树脂的共挤出工艺制定中。The rheological properties of the two types of modified polypheylene oxide were measured with capillary rheometer,and based on power-law equation,which showed the quantitative relations among the melt viscosity ,temperature and shear rate were fitted according to the measured data. Then these equations were applied as references for extrusion technique parameters selection in the modified polypheylene oxide coextrusion.
