摘  要:选择35日龄力克斯仔幼兔48只,随机分成4组,每组12只。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在基础日粮中分别添加1.2 g/kg的新型豆科植物提取物,Ⅳ组为空白对照组,在相同条件下进行饲养试验,比较新型豆科植物提取物对獭兔仔幼兔的免疫器官发育,血液生化指标和生产性能的影响。结果表明:①在35~65日龄阶段,试验组I幼仔兔平均日增重比对照组提高22.80%,料肉比降低18.49%,差异均极显著(P〈0.01)。其余试验组也表现出比对照组有增加体重和提高饲料报酬方面的优势。②试验组Ⅰ与对照组仔幼兔的半净膛率相比有提高的趋势,但差异不显著(P〉0.05)。免疫器官/体重与对照组相比有降低的趋势,而血液生化指标有提高的趋势。表明新型豆科植物提取物对獭兔仔幼兔具有促生长,提高饲料报酬,提高仔幼兔免疫能力,增强机体抗病力的作用。48 Rex rabbits were divided in 4 groups at random, 12 rabbits per group, the little rex rabbits were 35 days old. 1.2 kg legume extract was added respectively in every basic diet of group Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ ,group Ⅳ was the contrast. The rabbits were fed in the uniform conditions. Effects of the new extract on the immune organ growth, the blood biochemistry index and performance were contrasted. Results showed that: first, the average daily gain of group Ⅰ was significantly weightier than the contrast by 22.80%, and the feed/growth of group Ⅰ was remarkably lower than the contrast by 18. 49 % (P〈0. 01), the rest groups had the advantage of put on weight and enhance feed rewards than the contrast. Second, experiment I had the trend of raising the ratio of eviscerated yield with giblet, and the blood biochemistry index, the immune organ/weight were decreased. All the results showed that the new type of legume extract could speed the growth of the little rabbits, enhance feed rewards, the immunity and strengthen disease resistance of the little rabbits.
