摘 要:渗透率恢复值的测定结果作为评价保护油气层技术的主要技术指标,一直指导着现场保护油气层钻井液技术的施工。但近期在评价无固相甲酸盐钻井液体系对高渗透(渗透率大于1000×10-3μm2)储层的保护效果中发现,其渗透率恢复值较低,但现场应用井的显示效果良好。鉴于此,室内对无固相体系用于高渗透性地层时的钻井液性能参数以及在测定渗透率恢复值时动态污染的实验压差、转子的转速进行了理论推导,按照接近现场实际情况进行参数优化,并得到了与现场效果一致的室内实验效果。认为,渗透率恢复值的室内评价实验条件要具体问题具体分析,对孔隙发育、连通性好的高渗透性储层岩心,一方面要控制无固相钻井液滤失量,另一方面应从实际出发,控制合理的压差与转速,以使室内实验结果更接近现场,更能指导现场施工。The testing results of the permeability recovery have always been serving as a major guideline in evaluating the formation damage.It is found recently that a high permeability(higher than 1000×10(-3) μm2) formation contaminated with solids free formate drilling fluid has a low permeability recovery,which is contrary to the results of field practice.The relationship between the test results and drilling fluid properties,the pressure differences used in the test and the rotating speed of the rotor was studied and all the parameters were optimized based on the practical operation conditions.Testing results consistent with field practice were obtained using the optimized parameters in the permeability recovery experiments.It is concluded that for cores with developed pores and good pore connectivity,the filter loss of the solids free drilling fluid should be carefully controlled,and a reasonable pressure difference and rotational speed maintained to obtain test results that are consistent with field operation,thus better direct field operations.
