摘  要:目的:研究强心扩血管新药羟苯氨酮对心肌氧消耗的影响。方法:用多导生理记录仪和电磁流量计测定麻醉开胸狗心脏血流动力学参数,用血气分析仪测定动脉与冠状窦血氧含量,计算心肌氧代谢参数。结果:羟苯氨酮iv 0.5~4mg·kg^(-1)轻度减慢心率,中度降低血压、左室作功、冠脉阻力与总外周血管阻力,短暂增加心输出量与冠脉流量,明显降低心肌氧摄取率与氧消耗量。结论:羟苯氨酮降低心肌氧消耗与心脏负荷,增加心肌供血,有利于对心肌缺血的治疗。Objective: To study the effects of oxyphenamone(oxy), a novel inodilator, on cardiac hemodynamics and myocardial oxygen consumption in anesthetized dogs. Methods: The cardiac hemodynamic variables were recorded with a physiological polygraph and electromagnetic flowmeters. The oxygen content of blood from coronary sinus and artery was determined with a blood gas analyzer, and then the variables of myocardial oxygen metabolism were calculated. Results: Intravenous injection of oxy 0.5 - 4 mg· kg^-1 slowed heart rate (HR) slightly, decreased mean arterial pressure ( MAP), left ventricular work (LVW) and the resistance of coronary artery and systemic vessels moderately, and increased cardiac output(CO) and the blood flow of coronary artery(CBF) transiently. Both myocardial oxygen extraction and oxygen consumption decreased significantly after medication. Conclusion: Oxy would be more beneficial to the treatment of ischemic heart disease through the actions of decreasing myocardial oxygen consumption and cardiac load and increasing myocardial blood supply.
