摘　　要：回顾《罗马规约》在亚洲的批准情况,并分析多数亚洲国家不愿签署和批准规约的基本缘由;进而,在全面介绍规约在亚洲国家实施概况的基础上,重点介绍规约在柬埔寨的实施情况。最后,还就如何推促规约在亚洲的签署与批准问题,阐释了作者的基本观点。This article begins with reviewing ratifications of Rome Statute in Asia and analyzing main reasons that moat Asian countries are reluctant to sign and ratify the statute. Then, it focusea on the implementation of the statute in Cambodia domestic criminal substantive and procedural law on the basis of general introduction of implementation in other Aaian countries. In the last part, it expounds how to gain more support for International Criminal Court in Aaia from the authors＇ perspective.
