摘　　要：对国内外钢-混凝土混合结构抗震性能的试验研究、理论分析和工程实例进行了综述,介绍了国内外钢结构住宅体系内外墙体的技术动态,最后提出了小高层钢-混凝土混合结构住宅体系需要进一步研究的问题.In this paper, both research on model test and theoretical analysis of steel-concrete mixed structure in our country and abroad are summarized. The wall of steel structure for residential housing in the world is simply introduced. At last, the problems which are needed further research and resolve are presented.
