摘　　要：血清镁测定多采用甲基麝香草酚蓝（MTB）等直接比色法[1]．样本空白无法扣除．致使脂血等样本的结果不准．本文建立的MTB／EDTA法克服了这一缺点．可用于脂血、乳汁等样本镁的测定。批内CV1．8～2．3％（n＝20），批间CV2．1～2．9％（n＝18）线性范围0～2．0mmol／L，最大吸收波长600nm。serum magnesium is analysed usually by direct development method,but results of serum as lipemia are incorrect for which catlt eliminate affection from sample blank. The MTB/EDTA method in this paper can solve the probiem and it is used in lipemia,human milk. Within-run(n = 20 and inter-run (n= 18)crs wcre 1. 82~2' 2% and 2. 1 ~ 2. 9%,respectively. The method was linear from 0 to 2. 0mmol/L.Greatest absorption is at 600 nm.
