摘　　要：本文试用模糊数学的原理、方法,通过医疗效果、工作效率、护理质量、反馈信息四大类,八方面来对医疗质量进行评价,结果较为全面、合理、科学、准确。并提出了八个因素的选择及比重,评出了临床科医疗质量的优劣等级,总结了经验,为提高医疗质量提供了较确切的依据。Medical quality was estimated with the theory and method of Fuzzy Mathematics according to medical effect, working efficiency, nursing quality and feedback information. Eight factors related to the medical quality were put forward to be choosen and weighted. Quality degrees in clinical treatment were elected and the evidence was provided for improving the medical quality.
