摘　　要：以培养学生的创新能力与实践能力为目标,对实验室队伍建设、实验教学体系改革进行了探讨与分析,并介绍了实验教学改革所取得的成效与经验。Taking training students＇ practical ability and creativity as the experimental teaching reformative target, this article explored and analyzed how to reform the experimental teams construction and experimental teaching systems. It also introduced some effects and experience on reforming experimental teaching in the practice of our college laboratory.
