车削加工桁架圆管截面的工艺技术

摘　　要：以某天线桁架用圆管的截面加工为例，介绍了一种车削加工圆管截面的非常规工艺。与其他工艺相比，该工艺加工工件长度受限少、装夹简便、成本低，具有一定的推广应用价值。A kind of unusual machining pipe section process is introduced in this paper by taking an example of machining sections of pipes used in an antenna truss frame. The process has less length limitation of workpiece, more simple gripper mounting and low cost compared with other processes, so it has certain potential application merit.
