摘　　要：本文着重阐述了高校图书馆要适应新时代教育发展的要求,注重人文关怀,弘扬人文精神,坚持图书馆人力资源管理、信息资源建设、馆舍环境建设要以读者和图书馆馆员为本,为高校图书馆创建良好的人文环境。This article discusses emphatically that college library should adapt to the request of new times educational development, attach importance to humanistic care and spread humanistic spirits. We should persist that the management of library human resources, construction of information resources and of library building surroundings all regard reader and librarian as the centre.
