摘 要:喷嘴叶片对增压器效率有很大影响,本文对原增压器蜗壳及喷嘴环内流场进行三维模拟,分析并找到了叶片造成流动损失的原因,然后借鉴双纽线流量计原理对叶片进行重新设计,进而对新方案进行了模拟和叶片加工及整机性能试验。模拟和试验结果表明优化设计的叶片对增压器和发动机性能有明显提高。The nozzle vanes have great influence on the efficiency of turbocharger. The 3D simulation of the original volute and nozzle ring was conducted, and the reasons resulting in flow loss were analyzed. A nozzle vane was redesigned by referring the theory of the Lemniscate Flowmeter and the volute and nozzle ring with the new nozzle vanes were simultaled. The engine testing was performad with the turbocharger equipped with the new nozzle vanes. The results of the simulation and the experiment show that the new nozzle vanes make the turbocharger and engine performance to improve obviously.
