摘　　要：从我国城市生活垃圾处理的现状出发,分析了对城市生活垃圾处理项目进行社会评价的必要性,继而分析了城市生活垃圾处理项目社会评价的特点,最后提出了城市生活垃圾处理项目社会评价的框架。Based on the situation of waste disposition in our country, it analyzes the necessities of social assessment to waste disposition project. Afterwards, it explores the characteristics of social assessment to waste disposition project. Finally, it brings forward the framework of social assessment to waste disposition project.
