摘 要:目的探讨脑血管病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平以及叶酸和维生素B12对于血清Hcy水平的影响。方法采用化学发光法测定165例脑血管病患者血清Hcy水平,同时以82例健康志愿者为对照组。结果研究表明,各型脑血管病患者的血清Hcy含量均明显高于对照组(P<0·05),且与脑血管病患者的危险因素高血压、糖尿病、冠心病史无明显相关性;同时发现叶酸、维生素B12可以明显降低患者血清Hcy的水平。讨论HCY血症与脑血管病发病密切相关,是脑血管病的危险因素。通过早期的干预治疗能够降低血液中的同型半胱氨酸的水平。Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum levels of homocysteine (Hcy) with cerebrovascular disease and the influence of folate, VitaminB12 to homocysteine (Hcy). Methods The serum homocysteine (Hcy) levels of 165 patients with cerebrovascular disease and 82 health controls were measured by chemiluminescence. Results The results showed that the serum Hcy levels in patients with cerebrovascular disease were significantly higher than those in the health controls (P 〈0. 01 ), but it had no relation with the histories of the hypertension, diabetes, and coronary heart disease. Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinemai(HHcy) may be a new and a risk factor of cerebrovascular disease. At the same time, we find that the serum levels of homocysteine (Hcy) with cerebrovascular disease may be let down by folate,VitaminB12
