硅胶-耳软骨复合体在单侧唇裂鼻畸形整复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨硅胶-耳软骨复合体在单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形矫形中的应用。方法通过延长患侧鼻小柱,纠正鼻小柱的偏斜,悬吊固定患侧鼻翼软骨,同期植入硅橡胶鼻假体-耳软骨复合体整复单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形22例。结果22例均一期愈合,随访3～12个月效果患者均满意。结论同期植入硅胶-耳软骨复合体整复单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形,效果更佳。Objective To explore the application of the composite of silicone prosthsis and ear cartilage in correction of secondary nasal deformity in unilateral cleft lip. Methods By increasing the length of columella on the cleft sides, the septums were corrected and replaced to the mioble position, the displaced alar cartilages were mohilized and suspended, twenty-two patients were corrected by inserting composite of silicone L-nasal prosthesis and ear cartilage at the same time. Results Postoperative follow-up for 3 - 12 months showed that all the patients were satisfied with the results. Conclusion It makes the results much better that inserting composite of silicone L-nasal prosthesis and ear cartilage at the same time.
