摘  要:目的评价兔高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)的建立及其形成动脉粥样硬化(AS)的特点。方法采用不同剂量同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)(高剂量组20mg·kg-1·d-1,低剂量组15mg·kg-1·d-1)皮下注射新西兰兔,以皮下注射生理盐水为正常对照。动态分析各组血清中Hcy、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、动脉狭窄的变化及AS形成的情况。结果皮下注射Hcy4周即可观察到HHcy,髂总动脉狭窄;11周时颈总动脉、髂总动脉及其分支有明显的AS征象,部分主动脉也有AS形成,但不如小动脉明显。高、低剂量组差异无统计学意义。Hcy与TC、TG无明显相关性。结论HHcy是AS形成的一个独立危险因素,其所致的兔AS模型首先在小动脉形成。Objective To study the construction of rabbit hyperhomocysteinmia (HHcy) and its features in artherosclerosis (AS) forming. Methods Rabbits were randomly divided into three groups : high dose group with homocysteine (Hey) hypodermical injection 20 mg· kg^-1 · d^-1 ;Low dose group with Hey hypodermical injection 15 mg· kg^-1 · d^-1;control group with physiological saline injection. Then dynantic analyzed Hey, cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) level in the serum. Artery stenosis changing and AS forming were analyzed also. Results In the treatment groups, HHcy and common iliac arteries stenosis occurred after 4 weeks injection. AS in common carotid artery, common iliac arteries and its branch were visible after 11 weeks injection. Angiosclerosis were also found in some arteriae aorta, but not so obvious as angiosclerosis found in small artery. There was no significant difference between high dose group and low dose group. There was no significant relation between Hcy level changing and TC,TG level in this experiment. Conclusion HHcy is an independent risk factor in the AS forming,which leads to rabbit AS was formed in small artery firstly.
