摘  要:在氧化铝厂赤泥沉降过程中,由于矿石料浆成分不稳定及沉降槽跑浑使得上清液的浮游物含量较高。为了解决这个问题,我们采用反相微乳液聚合的方法,合成了氧肟酸基絮凝剂,并同工厂现用的絮凝剂进行了复配来提高絮凝剂的沉降效果。结果表明,复配后的絮凝剂沉降效果较好,特别是上清液的浮游物含量较原来絮凝剂减少了40%。In the red mud settlement process of the alumina factory, since the mineral content is not steady and the settlement tank is out of limpid, the float is too much to go on next process, A way of applying microemulsion polymerization to compose a high weight polymer containing hydroxarnic acid was studied, The flocculants that using in the factories at present was duplicate matched with the new flocculants in order to improve their settlement effect. It was found that the results of the duplicate matched floeculants were superior and the float was cut down by 40 %,
