摘 要:赤泥堆场是由氧化铝生产企业的主要工业废渣赤泥堆筑的构筑物。赤泥堆场的安全稳定对保护人民群众生命财产安全,保证周围土地、水源免受污染和破坏,维持企业正常的生产经营活动都具有十分重要的意义。本文将有限元数值计算方法应用于赤泥堆场的安全评价,论述了赤泥堆场中浸润线计算和坝坡稳定计算中应当采用的有限元方法。通过中国铝业股份有限公司贵州分公司扎塘赤泥堆场增容改造工程安全评价的算例,证明了有限元数值计算方法可以较好地分析坝体的渗流场分布规律和坝坡稳定性状,该方法可以为赤泥堆场的设计和安全运行提供科学的技术保障。The safety and stability of red mud disposal site, comprised by industrially discarded redmud, is highly important in protecting health and wealth of people, in preventing soil and water source from pollution or destroying, and in maintaining daily production operations of corporations. This paper applies finite element method to the safety evaluation of red mud disposal site, and illuminates the proper finite dement method in calculating phreatic line and the stability of dam slope of red mud disposal site. Through a calculation example of safety evaluation on the enlargement project of ZhaTang red mud disposal site, which belongs to Aluminum Corporation of China Limited GuiZhou Branch, this paper proves that finite element method is suitable in analyzing the distribution status of seepage field of dam body and the stability of dam slope, therefore, this method could provide scientifically technical guarantee to redelay disposal site in right designing and safe operation.
