中药复方861对糖尿病大鼠肾脏损害的防治作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药复方861对糖尿病大鼠肾脏损害的防治作用。方法:将单侧肾切除Wistar大鼠制成链脲佐菌素(STZ)糖尿病模型,随机分为糖尿病组、糖尿病+861小剂量(3.2g.kg-1.d-1)组、糖尿病+861大剂量(6.4g.kg-1.d-1)组和糖尿病+氯沙坦(10mg.kg-1.d-1)治疗对照组。观察大鼠腹腔注射STZ6周及12周后血糖、肾小球滤过功能、尿白蛋白排泄量、尾动脉血压及肾组织病理学的变化。结果:复方861可改善糖尿病大鼠肌酐清除率、降低血尿素氮、减少尿白蛋白含量、控制高血压以及明显减轻细胞外基质(ECM)增生,与氯沙坦比较无统计学差异。结论:复方861对糖尿病大鼠具有延缓糖尿病肾病进展的肾脏保护作用。Objective： To evaluate the protective effects of Chinese traditional medicine compound 861 on diabetic kidney of rats. Methods;After uninephrectomy, diabetes was induced with streptozotocin（STZ） in Wistar rats. 48 rats were divided evenly into 4 groups： Cpd. 861 3.2 g·kg^-1·d^-1,Cpd. 861 6.4 g·kg^-1·d^-1 ,losartan 10 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 and model without treatment. Blood glucose, Creatinine clearance（Ccr）, BUN, urinary albumin and blood pressure were measured, and renal pathological changes were asses,sed after 6,12 weeks of STZ injection. Results：Chinese traditional compound 861 could correct elevated urinary albumin, BUN and hypertension, improve Ccr and reduce the proliferation of ECM. There were no significant differences between 861 compound treated group and losartan treated group. Conclusion：Chinese traditional compound 861 can protect the kidney of diabetic rats from the progress of diabetic nephropathy.
