摘  要:目的:探讨雌性大鼠心理应激状态下,卵巢促卵泡刺激素受体(FSHR)、黄体生成素受体(LHR)的变化,进而阐明卵巢内分泌功能失调的机制。方法:采用声-光-电复合刺激作为心理应激制造大鼠卵巢内分泌功能失调模型;用免疫组化方法、图像分析仪定量分析卵巢FSHR、LHR的表达。结果:采用声-光-电复合刺激雌性大鼠后,大鼠卵巢FSHR表达上升,LHR表达下降。结论:心理应激雌性大鼠卵巢FSHR表达上升,LHR表达下降可能是卵巢内分泌功能失调的机制之一。Objective: To investigate the changes of follicle-stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR) and luteinizing hormone receptor (LHR) in ovary of female rat exposed to psychological stress, and the mechanism of ovarian dysfunction. Methods: Sound, light and electricity were combined as a psychological stressful stimulus to induce ovarian dysfunction in female rat. The levels of FSHR and LHR in ovary were measured with immunohistochemical technique and image analysis. Results: Levels of FSHR increased and LHR decreased in ovary after exposure to stressful stimuli in female rats. Conclusion: The increase of FSHR and decrease of LHR in ovary of female rat exposed to psychological stress may be one of the mechanisms underlying ovarian dysfunction.
