摘　　要：为了探讨传染病的国境卫生检疫对策,作者从国境卫生检疫的起源、目的、检疫查验、传染病监测、卫生监督等方面介绍了国境卫生检疫与检疫传染病、监测传染病的关系,分析了检验检疫机关防止传染病传入传出采取的措施和卫生处理手段。作者认为随着国际贸易的发展,现代交通工具的多样化和新发传染病的发生,给传染病的蔓延创造了更加便捷的条件,这些都给国境卫生检疫工作提出了严峻的挑战。因此,从3个方面提出了传染病防控的国境卫生检疫对策:检验检疫机关应加强国境口岸检疫查验和传染病监测,健全和完善国境口岸传染病监测体系,配置专业人才,提高人员素质更好适应严峻的国际疫情形势。Objective In order to probe into frontier health and quarantine countermeasure against infectious diseases, the writer analyzed the relation of frontier health and quarantine with quarantinable infectious diseases and infectious diseases to be monitored from some respects about the origin and purpose of frontier health and quarantine, quarantine inspection, monitoring of the infectious diseases and health supervision. A frontier health and quarantine office should take sanitation measures to prevent infectious diseases from spreading into or out of the country. With the development of international trade, the diversification of the modem conveyances and emerging infectious diseases, infectious diseases spread more easily in the international region, which took a severe challenge to frontier health and quarantine work. Thus, three frontier of health and quarantine put forward to prevent and control infectious diseases First, a frontier health and quarantine office should strengthen quarantine inspection and monitoring of the infectious diseases at a frontier port. Second, it should improve and perfect infectious diseases monitoring system at a frontier port. Third, the specialist should be collected and the personnel of guarantine and inspection office should be improved.
