构建医学媒介生物国境卫生检疫行业标准体系的探讨

摘　　要：为了适应新形势下对国境口岸媒介生物监控工作的新要求,探索建立一个比较科学的医学媒介生物国境卫生检疫行业标准体系,为检验检疫部门制定相关行业标准提供参考。作者结合我国病媒生物控制标准体系和国境卫生检疫工作的具体实际,并参照现行的国境卫生检疫行业标准体系框架,建立了基于医学媒介生物控制过程要素、检疫对象类型要素和医学媒介生物类别要素的三维标准框架,为制、修订医学媒介生物国境卫生检疫行业标准的工作提供了有益参考。In order to meet the demands for monitoring the disease vector in the frontier port under new conditions, this paper explores to build up a relatively scientific standard system of frontier health and quarantine, providing reference for establishing relevant standards by the organizations of inspection and quarantine. Considering China＇s standard system of controlling vector and the practices of frontier health and quarantine, a corresponding system for vector inspection and control is set up based on the current standard system of this industry. Consequently, a three-dimensional frame is put forward on the basis of disease vector controlling process and types of quarantined substance and medical vector. The standard system of medical vector serves as the essential part of the disease standard system of frontier health and quarantine. Therefore, improvement is highly needed to make it as the long-run guideline for establishing and amending the system of frontier health and quarantine.
