摘　　要：本文从卫生检疫法学的角度,结合当前面临的全球经济一体化,外来媒介生物随流动的货物、动物及交通工具等跨国扩散的危险性增加等新的形势,在新的国境卫生检疫法修改之际,就国境卫生检疫法媒介生物监控权进行了论述。On the occasion of the revision of the Frontier Health ＆ Quarantine Law of P.R.C, the article,from the angle of law, discusses what relate to the Superintendence of disease vector according to the new situation such as the integration of the globe economy facing us nowadays, the increase of hazardousness of the disease vector which spread to the different countries together with the cargo, animals or the means of transport
