摘　　要：本文论述了国境卫生检疫与媒介生物、媒介生物控制及外来生物入侵之间的关系及国境卫生检疫机构在媒介生物控制和媒介生物性疾病预防控制中的地位和作用。对媒介生物控制邻域一些值得重视和研究的基础问题,如:自然疫源性疾病、虫媒传染病、媒介生物性疾病、人兽(畜)共患病儿类与动物有关的人类传染病之间的相互关系;"有害生物"及"条件有害生物"的辩证观,特别在禽流感、疯牛病、尼帕病毒性脑炎、西尼罗热、埃博拉病毒等涉及的家禽、家畜、鸟类、野生动物的处置;媒介生物及媒介生物性疾病在外来生物入侵中的地位及相关研究等方面进行了简要讨论。Objective To investigate the relation between the frontier health quarantine and the vector control, providing information for ensuring the health and sanitary security in frontier. Methods Based on the actual state and information, we analyzed the necessary condition of promoting the vector control, and offered the medium-long plan to carry out the vector control in frontier. Result The vector is under control generally in frontier. Much work is being done to perfect the information system and the reaction mechanism. As the critical point of the infectious disease prevention and control system, the vector control and pathogen monitoring play an important part in risk forecasting in frontier. The prevention and control work in some vital frontier ports have already reached international advance level. But the relevant laws and regulations must be renewed and perfected, in order to adapt the varied sanitary situation, and protect health of people and the economy of country. Conclusion As the sanitary security authorities in the frontier, the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau must promote the work of vector prevention and control, perfect the relevant systems, carry out the International Health Regulation and Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People＇s Republic of China faithfully, and prevent the infection break out or spread in our frontiers. At the same time, try the best to renew and perfect the laws and regulations is needed.
