摘　　要：利用地效翼卸载技术实现海上运输平台高超临界航行,是一种全新的概念。深入分析了此概念的基本理论和可能存在的技术风险。介绍了平台概念方案以及试验验证情况。This paper presented a new theory of high supercritical planning by wing-in-ground effec unloading technology. And a conception of high speed transport platform based on this theory was also intro- duced. A conception and it＇s model test result are introduced after the basic theory and some possible risk were analyzed.
