摘 要:自从Honda和Fujishima发现太阳光照TiO2半导体电极能分解水产生氢气这一现象以来,科学家们一直致力于用半导体光催化剂和其它光催化剂用于太阳光解水获得既可储存又清洁的氢能的研究,不断地提高半导体光催化性能,而且也取得了令人瞩目的成果.本文综述了近年来在光催化水解领域中的众多半导体包括简单氧化物,复合氧化物,金属配合物和染料敏化半导体等光催化剂材料的结构、基本原理和催化特性的研究进展.The scientists have devoted themselves to work at photocatalytic decomposition ot water to hydrogen energy with various semiconductor to produce stored and clean hydrogen chemical energy, since Honda and Fujishima discovery that water could be decomposed to product hydrogen under the solar illumination with TiO2 semiconductor, increasingly improved the photocatalytic performaces of semiconductor, and got spectacular results. In this pa- per, recent research progress on photocatalysts of a great deal of semiconductors, including simple oxides, composition oxides, some metal complexes and dye - sensitization photocatalysts for the photocatalytic decomposition and basic princple of water into hydrogen and oxygen were reviewed.
