摘　　要：本文对亚细胞游离Ca2+的测定研究进行了综述.分析了亚细胞游离Ca2+的重要信使作用以及常用荧光探针法并对其优、缺点进行了比较和评述.The thesis appraise the development about surverying and researching subcellular free Calcium and analyse the information carrier of subcellular free Calcium and comment on fluorescent probe method and evaluate virtues and defects of it.
