摘　　要：通过综合使用GSM网络通信和定位技术、ISM射频通信和定向技术、严密合理的通信协议、低功耗技术的应用、通信中信息空中碰撞的解决方法、CRC纠错技术、ARM开发平台的应用等多项应用技术,完整地构成了人员急救报警服务系统平台.详细论述了系统的结构、工作原理以及所采用的通信协议.The digital city emergency management system is developed with many states of application technologies which include GSM network communication and locating technology, ISM radio frequent communication and orientation technology, rational communication protocol, low power technical application, communication air base collision control, CRC correction technology, ARM development platform, etc. The system structure, system working principle and the communication protocol used in the system are expatiated.
