摘　　要：从管理系统选择、硬件配置、类目设置和管理、资源加工与处理等几个方面,介绍清华大学图书馆多媒体资源管理与服务平台的实践;并提出几个有必要进一步探讨的问题。This paper introduces the experiences and practices of establishing Tsinghua University Library multimedia resources management and service platform, including selecting system, server and storage system allocation, layout of directories, data transform and management and so on. On this basis, the paper puts forward some questions about the establishments of multimedia resources management and service platform.
