摘　　要：法庭辩护是刑事诉讼中不可缺少的法律制度,也是法庭辩论中一门不可或缺的综合艺术,是科学性、艺术性和法律性的有机统一,辩护的逻辑技巧和谋略是发挥辩护制度优势、实现辩护目的的必要条件,运用好辩护的逻辑技巧对于准确认定和处理案件、成功诉讼都有着十分重要的作用。The court debate is an essential part of the criminal suit, which is an irreplaceable synthetic art and also an unity of science, art and law, therefore the skills and strategy of the debate is an necessary factor in taking advantage of the superiority of the debate system and realizing the aim of the debate. Taking good use of the logical skills plays an important role in identifying the case correctly, dealing with the case and successfully suit. It may also defeat the opponent and succeed in an surprising way.
