摘 要:设置对照、垃圾堆肥及其复合肥的不同肥料处理小区,并将同一施肥处理分为秸秆覆盖与无覆盖两部分,种植玉米,应用静态箱法采样和气相色谱分析技术研究农田土壤CO2、CH4通量变化规律及其影响因素。结果表明,在整个玉米生育期呈现拔节期和成熟期两个排放高峰;不同肥料处理下CO2排放通量堆肥(平均值为59.55μg·m-2·h-1)>复合肥(平均值为52.09μg·m-2·h-1)>对照(平均值为43.35μg·m-2·h-1);地表条件、温度、土壤含水量与CO2通量有一定相关关系,在本试验条件下,地表秸秆覆盖、温度、土壤含水量一定程度上促进CO2产生;肥料对CH4通量影响不大,秸秆覆盖条件有利于土壤CH4的产生,而温度和土壤含水量与土壤CH4通量无明显相关关系。The experiment designed 3 treatments, including control (CK), waste compost and compound fertilizer based on waste compost. Each treatment was divided into 2 parts, with stubble covered and uncovered. The effect of waste compost and compound fertilizer based on waste compost on flux law of CO2 and CH4 from crop field is researched by using static opaque chamber/gas chromatography method. The result shows, there are 2 peak periods of CO2 flux at shooting stage and maturing stage; the flux of CO2 in different treatments follows the order: waste compost〉 compound fertilizer based waste compost〉 CK, with the average being 59.55 μg·m^-2·h^-1, 52.09μg·m^-2·h^-1 and 43.35 μg·m^-2·h^-1, respectively. There are some correlations between he flux of CO2 with the condition of earth's surface, temperature and moisture. The overlay of surface stubble, temperature and moisture in soil promotes the production of CO2 to some extent. Fertilizer has little effect on the flux of CH4, the stubble mulch is helpful for the production of CH4 in soil, but no obvious correlation exists between soil temperature and moisture with CH4 in soil.
