体制创新与技术进步:促进我国服务业快速高质发展的“双引擎”

摘　　要：我国服务业发展不足,除了主观认识上的原因和城市化率低、收入水平较低等客观原因之外,体制环境不佳和技术含量较低是最重要的原因。要促进服务业特别是知识含量高的现代服务业快速高质发展,就必须改革与创新既有的服务业体制,培育健康规范的制度环境,加强高新技术对服务业的渗透,把技术进步作为发展现代服务业的出发点和立足点,充分发挥科技进步对现代服务业的支撑和引领作用。The development of service industry of our country is insufficiency. Besides the reason of subjective understanding and some objective reasons, which urbanization and the level of income both are lower, the bad environment of system and the lack of technology are the most important reasons. To promote faster and better development of service industry, specially modem service industry that has more the knowledge, must reform and innovate the system of service industry which already has, cultivate healthy and standard environment of system, enhance the infiltration of high - salary technology to service industry, make advancement of technology as the starting point and the standpoint of developing modem service industry, display the supporting and leading function of the advancement of technology to modem service industry fully.
